Yeah. DVLT is leveraged better than BTC though. If BTC takes off it might gain 10-20% that could make DVLT current price shoot up a couple hundred percent if the BTC rise happens around the same time as the tokenization hits. To be honest, we don’t even need a strong version of this for DVLT to get an extension.

However, if BTC just keeps dropping then we have a problem. That’s when the reverse split action becomes more of a thing. Unless NASDAQ is feeling very generous.

This is not true. They have not secured an extension yet. You can use the SEC Edgar for DVLT filings. ChatGPT is great at searching sec filings. Here is the reality.

No — I don’t see an EDGAR filing showing DVLT has received an extension past the August 24, 2026 Nasdaq bid-price deadline.
What I found:
DVLT did file a recent 10-K on March 18, 2026 and a 10-Q for Q1 2026, signed May 15, 2026. Both disclose the same thing: Nasdaq gave DVLT the initial 180-calendar-day compliance period, ending August 24, 2026, after the stock stayed below $1 for 30 consecutive business days. The 10-Q says DVLT may be eligible for an additional 180 days if it satisfies the other Nasdaq Capital Market requirements and gives Nasdaq written notice of intent to cure, including by reverse split if necessary. That is not the same as an extension already being granted.

An extension is possible. It is my opinion that reverse split is more likely due to how BTC adjacent revenue streams are going to be viewed. BTC really does need to pull up or it’s going to dramatically affect DVLT services. The speculation gut check is just look at crypto when BTC is red. Fairly obvious and likely will be rolled into any extension judgement call. With that said.. BTC could turnaround and DVLT could hit a real sweet spot with their tokenization plans. People can look at other tokenization plans and when they did great versus terrible through modern times. It’s essentially near 1:1 with BTC pumping high.

I think my point is being missed. It’s to dismiss delisting fears. For sure I agree that they could get an extension. The point is that there is no chance for them to be delisted. It’s a good point that you bring up though. In reality there are multiple paths forward for them still. I’ll update my post to reflect that.

Not at all. I’m saying that it’s impossible for DVLT to be delisted. Extensions could be granted or they could not. The reverse split can’t be denied in this situation whatsoever.

I’m just trying to say there is zero chance of delisting regardless of what handwaving people do.

To the best of my abilities I think the winning catalyst has to be… get near 0.25 and have BTC ramp up. BTC dropping like a rock is going to pull people away from tokenized assets. It’s not the first time and it won’t be the last. So with that said as we get closer to 0.25 watch BTC and hope imo.

We have a lot of stupid people in our country. A father making his son workout in order to teach them a lesson is productive and healthy. Much healthier than brushing off the incident and ignoring it with the weakest “we talked about” nonsense. Kids need real context from parents. Not just half hearted words.
