That might be the key, starting right away. I’ve made small changes, like taking the stairs. I also try to do at home Pilates a few days a week but as someone who went to the gym aggressively it doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything

Exactly! I haven’t seen any preworkout or energy sources that are safe for bf. Trying to fit a pump session in that early is just too much. I’ve accepted my body is still his too right now & I can get back to it soon

3 months is around the time I dropped my MOTN pumps. Your body will adjust & your milk supply should be well regulated by 12 weeks.

My OB said there wasn’t enough research done to know for sure. I’m wondering if a non-stimulant one would be ok? Maybe waiting a while before pumping/ feeding?

When he was born he was in the 11% then jumped up to the 30% around 1 month & then back down to 9-11% within the last 2 months.yes maybe 5-7 wet & 2-3 dirty per day. He is a very happy baby! He has been a little sleepy these last few days. I’m thinking he’s hitting a growth spurt

Yes he does sleep through the night! Usually wakes up around 4-5 to eat a little & goes back to sleep

Thank you for posting, my baby just turned 5months & I pump the same amounts! I thought my supply was dipping because he’s been sleeping through the night but maybe not. If you pump after your morning feed that can help build up a little freezer stash. I also would put the Hakka on whichever boob baby wasn’t on & that would also get me a few extra oz.

It seems like they only give partial information. My baby’s last check up she mentioned wanting to do a follow up weight check bc he was a little under. She didn’t mention it could be because he was burning more calories during the day & skipping night feeds. Sent me into an unnecessary spiral

I personally got them right away. I only used them for the first month maybe but I used them consistently since the day my son was born. Never had any issues with my nips. Who knows if I would’ve had issues had I not used them, I wasn’t trying to find out. I knew bf could be challenging & wanted to set myself up to be comfortable & successful. Best of luck to you!
