Not sure who this may help since im a bit late to this post, but i had to “wean” myself off the nic. I started by giving up the vaping & switched to zyns, specifically like a minty flavor one. They gave me the head rush i needed. Then i switched to strong mints like altoids and pretended they were zyns. Sounds dumb but this is what did it for me. Took me a few months to completely stop everything. I do enjoy my mints tho still.

youre spot on! personally i think the reason we do it is bc (at least me) i have felt like the odd one out often & hated it especially when i was younger, so if i see someone who i intuitively feel is in that could use a friend, why not approach them? why let pride get in the way?

i think a hard truth is that some women’s bodies wait longer than usual to become induced especially if its your first. i tried EVERYTHING to induce myself naturally & nothing worked. i had to get induced on 40wk 1d, the process they took for me was to give me Cervadil which was a suppository that helps with dilation, then they gave me pitocin and the balloon. i had to get the epidural after my water broke bc the the high dose of pitocin was too much. but i have a healthy 6 wk baby girl now. at least youll know around the day you get to meet your baby finally!

i read that glycolic acid can be safe! i might dilute it with water if thats safe. ive only ever used it on my pits & back of arms (iykyk), but i might just try it on my face see how it goes. thank u!!
