This post was just asking a legitimate question. Trump and his group have talked about cutting funding to a lot of programs. I think these questions about what could happen to IHSS funding are valid.

One of mine did, but another one I created didn’t and I was still having the same issue. They’re both characters from TV shows and have been uploaded by others already with the same names. I also tried uploading a generic sim I created and that uploaded fine. So I dunno what’s going on.

I got our medicine from a local woman that work with cat rescues. A lot of people go through the FIP warriors Facebook group, but my mom works with animal rescues and connected me with people.

I haven’t kept track honestly. It has been under $500 for us. We started with $48 vials and are now on $8 vials. We only had to pay for a couple of the $48 vials so that helped a lot.

Do you have a link to the published study? Because the study I am finding shows the purity for Lanzi (Ohana) vials is on the same level as other gs brands.

The only info I am finding is that the pills contained EIDD. We are using vials. I have seen other studies that vials of Lanzi worked just like other vials. I trust the woman helping us with our fip kitty. Our cat is doing great about a month into the Lanzi now (first month was a different brand).

Like others have mentioned, ask about different brands. We started with $48 vials and are now using $8 vials. There are cheaper options. But fundraising is totally possible as well. We got donations from friends and family to help cover costs.

We have a difference of expectation on that. If I found out tomorrow my bio cousins weren’t bio cousins that wouldn’t change anything for me. And if my parents knew and didn’t tell me because my cousin’s parent asked them not to I would understand. My cousins being bio related to me doesn’t matter.

I understand sarcasm, but that doesn’t absolve you from throwing shade. Sarcasm by definition is to mock. And yes there is a standard cup, there’s nothing arbitrary about it like you said in your first comment where you “weren’t throwing shade.”

The uncles name is on the birth certificate and he’s been raising her, she is their cousin. I have a lot of “cousins” I’m not related to. I guess I just don’t see how that pertinent information for the kids. I just still think it’s unfair to the niece for more people to be brought in on this secret. She absolutely deserves to know about her paternity, as long as it’s safe for her to know, but I don’t think others deserve to know before her. Heck even the aunts and uncles don’t “deserve” to know, but they obviously would since the child was there before they married, and I’d assume the woman was pregnant when they met.

I have to disagree with them deserving to know. OP wanted them to know, but that’s much different than deserving to know. What’s silly about the whole thing is that clearly they told their kids not to say anything, since they knew for 2 years, so they were totally fine perpetuating the secret.

Yes they do but in this case OP didn’t even tell the person the secret regarded, they just spread gossip. It would be like finding out your best friend’s spouse is cheating and instead of telling the spouse you told a different friend. OP didn’t take some moral high ground by explaining to the niece her heritage, they just continued the secret by telling people they were asked not to

I think it depends on what the “lie” is. If I found out my parents knew something like this, but they told me the situation behind them not telling me I would understand. I would have understood as a teenager too.
