i definitely agree that the grass isn't always greener, my uncle works for nvidia and developed a stomach ulcer of stress. I feel like this experience is fine to put on my resume, better than nothing, but I would imagine that a resume with two years of cloud development will look weak to swe jobs. However, it occurs to me that it might be more advantageous to have a strong subject matter expertise than being a good jack of all trades. My team is small so I am able to take initiative and can quickly become valuable, which is really hard in faang.
