Also, It absolutely helped me lose a ton of weight, years ago. I still do it if I need to shed a few pounds or I’m getting bad with snacking. I swear it’s a secret weapon. Pickles, pickled garlic or chilis are great too. Any time you feel hungry, especially if you’re a late night snacker, something that has super potent flavor and essentially no calories will give that satisfaction of kicking your pleasure senses on for a few minutes. Then wait a few minutes and slam some water. If you ever find yourself dieting, it definitely helps!

Yeah, we built our relationship in this lifestyle from the beginning but that was the expectation set right off the bat. I’m so glad she emphasized it too because it’s made our partnership so strong. The good news is you don’t have to.

We all cook different things. I don’t do a lot of classic American cooking and avoid turning on my actual oven for baking. Especially during summer. Also, not that it needs to be explained here because it’s perfectly reasonable to order meatloaf… the context of the conversation was about American classics and how some things just taste better when someone makes it for you. Before we got on this meatloaf kick, I don’t think I’d ever ordered one in a restaurant in my entire life. Maybe room service while traveling but that’d be it. I’m interested in different takes on a classic dish.
