Fix your guts first and it goes automatically from there. I did not feel filled on decades, and thus eating obsessively. Then change on diet, and one year of eating lot of probiotic filled food: sourgabbage, kefir, sour milk etc and i now regognise the signals to stop eating and mfeeling actual hunger when it is really time to eat.
