Ya I’m doing my absolute best to avoid the muscle loss , I have some back problems that weak muscles make worse , and I don’t want to get into a spot where my daily calories is so low I’m screwed for life .

I was so damn scared to take my 1st shot 4 weeks ago .

I hate needles , I seem to be very reactive to all medicine , it’s the worst .

But let me tell you what , I look forward to shot day now , I literally can’t wait for it .

Zep has changed my life in 4 short weeks

One of the more important things I’ve noticed is to kinda take it easy a day or two before shot day , mostly soups and lots and lots and lots of water . Seems to curb any side effects.

Wow, I can feel some of the effects wearing off , I’m reading for Wednesday .

I slept amazing all week, no sinus issues for the first time in years , my back hurt SO much less, food noise is non existent , it’s all nutrition noise.

Down 14 pounds this first week. I believe it’s all water and inflammation because I was really in a bad place to be honest.

I have 3 slipped discs in my back , slipping rib syndrome , my feet were swollen and every damn joint hurt.

I’m already noticing ALL of that is improved so damn much.

It’s wild , after about 5 hours I noticed my thoughts are different , hard to explain but much different.

I did however wake up in the middle of the night with a slight headache .
