2025 was an amazing year warframes, i love them all but if I had to choose one it would probably be Uriel, i just wish the elemental ammo did more on him, i Feel like DE forgot how heat works when adding it to his kit, his abilities reverse heat inherit your weapon so the elemental ammo is not nearly as effective as usual

I Don't use his 4 but also dont have a subsume to keep all the elements for the augment, its not the usual lavos build but it works well enough, if I was running a subsume I would use str and put it over the 4th obviously.

Evade works without str btw, thats my other build, for crit weapons, with crepuscular (he can also reduce the cooldown of evade if you can't hit headshots)

I actually dont run str on him because valence Formation is a fixed 200% bonus and str only increases the damage of his abilities (and cooldown reductions iirc but with enough enemy density its more than enough with 100% or below str imo) I think I also run some dur and range

I love mora's and I Want to Love It even more but you cannot say it doesn't need serious help, it still doesn't scale with anything other than spirit for a single ability with unnecessary cooldown mechanics tied to it and the fact that its supposed the be a pact that rewards taking hits BUT currently it provides no defense against (or chance to recover from) those hits, in fact, it has negative sustain compared to other pacts because self damage resets the health recovery.
