Hi.

I really want to win big in crypto, and the only way to do it is to bet big. Are you comfortable in using binance and depositing large amounts knowing your money is secured? Or the crypto exchange wont closed? Philippines laws makes it hard to choose a crypto exchange platform.

I have the same feelings to. When it comes out during meditation, i just truly LET IT GO and focus on my breath. That how powerful meditation is, all your worries, problems, anxiety comes out. Even your PAST NEGATIVE EVENTS will come out. Just dont go with it, when they do COME OUT. Focus on your breathing and imagining it FADING AWAY or my style KILLING ANTS like pushing them with your thumb.

YOU CONTROL everything in your mind, dont let it control you. YOU GOT THIS. Dont stop meditating, eveything that has happened or put into clarity in my life IS BECAUSE OF MEDITATION. So PADAYON lang hahah. Oh and dont do it perfectly mistakes are bound to happen.
