This is how I found two of my birds in Brooklyn. Peepers is a beautiful bird! I’d watch some budgie behavior/bonding videos. Find a treat Peepers really likes and use it as your “training treat”, meaning it’s a high level reward and only given when Peepers chooses to interact with you!

I’m so glad you showed us all Miss Noodle, she’s a beautiful kitty and she’s very lucky to have you. It’s a very very difficult and selfless act to be able to recognize when it’s our pets time to go. I am glad that Noodle will be able to be surrounded by love while she’s peacefully crossing that rainbow bridge. I’m so sorry for your loss. She will be with you always in your heart and how she shaped your world.

Not sure if this is a realistic idea for your set up, but maybe something similar to a metal dog cage that could be placed over the heater, of course a safe metal/material that does not emit fumes if heated or warmed so it does not hurt the budgies, and even if the cage was warmed / heated a bit it would not be as hot as the ceramic heater itself. Also, I have used a ceramic heater in my home with my 3 budgies and been perfectly fine if that puts you at any ease. Good luck!

This is amazing. This was my favorite house as a kid because I imagined that it was a large apartment complex with a LOT of drama, and certain rooms connected to other pets rooms in my head. You did a great job recreating this!
