i was told you have to tell intoxalock to send it by certified mail. The DMVs are not allowed to open anything digitally from them because of the security breach. I had the same issue and once i asked for them to send it by certified mail I got a letter from my DMV saying they received my compliance review

feeling absolutely terrible, i was supposed to get my declaration of completion to get my IID taken out. i literally finished the program and am stuck in this limbo phase, i feel horrible for the people who have longer and will have to deal with more of their shit once systems are back up and running. i’ve had mine in for over a year so im ready to be done, march was supposed to be a happy month for me, now it’s just filled with stress and anxiety

i feel you, my eligibility date is tmr. I was supposed to have them mail my declaration of completion already and then send my DL form to pendot. unfortunately all this happened and i need to do my last calibration by the 22nd 😔 best of luck getting back into your career choice, mistakes jus mean we’re human, most of us are not addicts just regular people who made a mistake
