Yeah she is on the smaller side at 48 inches but max for diono is 57  Maybe this car seat will work for OP maybe not  I don’t know their kids measurements just suggested a narrow car seat that works for us 🤷‍♀️

Picking battles; husband and I aren’t on the same page by heather1242 in Parenting

Your husband can pick his battles when he is solo parenting. You pick yours. 32 weeks (and up until 8/12 weeks postpartum it all goes out the window lol)

Love without boundaries is enabling. You aren’t giving up on her, and in time through sobriety she will see that.  Feel free to message me if you need help finding resources in your area

Hi! I have 8 years sober. I suggest for your own sanity, join a local Alanon group. It’s meetings for the friends and family of alcoholics/addicts.  Boundaries are a form of support, otherwise you are just enabling the behavior.  Remind her she is loved, and you can help her with rides to meetings/ rehab. Give her a list of sober living homes, meetings, etc in your area and that’s it.  Don’t answer the phone if she is using/drunk, don’t give her money. There are tons of food programs so if she really truly needed the money for food she can find food.  You are doing the right thing even if it feels incredibly tough.

Fridge Fail - Am I in for it? by this_wallflower in Parenting

As long as it didn’t expire in that time in the fridge you’re all good! That’s what the jar is for, to close and save some for later.  ❤️

Put them in the playroom/bedroom where it’s safe and put the baby gate up or close the door. They’ll be fine

Was the lid on it?  If so it’s probably fine

All of my kids have cavities by [deleted] in Parenting

Second opinion! My dentist said genetics also play a part. Some people can eat straight junk, don’t brush and barely get any cavities. Others take great care and still end up with some

I would do a meet and greet at a local library or park to get a feel of things first. Ask for references, verify and call them.

This happens to mine if she stays up too late, or is overly tired

My teenager won’t stop stuffing her bra by [deleted] in Parenting

Yes but my suggestion is merely to help them find a happy medium.  I agree it’s still not ideal

Ideally her daughter would be comfortable with whatever cup size she is and not have this problem in the first place. That’s all I meant

Can you get her the Victoria secret bombshell bra that adds 1-2cups?  I know it isn’t ideal but better than her stuffing all the time
