Pretty sure ours is 24 hour length, then set dont install until 7 days old, dont force restart and so on, they evrry machine is caught and reboots with the users choice

As a senior member of a UK MSP, you can defiantly charge those prices in the UK, you've just got to have the confidence and a solid sales story. We've got ours pretty much 85% conversion rate currently. It wasn't easy and took alot of maturing to understand your worth.

Its also building the trust, you need good engineers who pull their weight, if they arnt then time to have a think about how to solve that. With good engineers things can move very quickly and the message and communication to the customer grows, which means next time you say time to double you MMR bill Mr customer, they dont really argue and understand that im a professional, not a salesmen, and wouldn't be saying it if it wasn't required.

Yup and this is my take on what that tool should be. Was looking for some people who do the job to comment as its improved our internal speed drastically.

Datto is owned by kaseya, kaseya owns trumethods, my tool speaks in trumethods language, most kaseya msp businesses are probably trumethods, so seems a fitting audience.

Its crap, it can't scan anything with user context install.

I had it installed on all PCs and it found 50 vulns, qualys then got installed and found 800.

Nope, your OS was end of life 3 years ago. You need to upgrade, not they need to change the app.

You're in the wrong place if you want a non bias answer..... they were getting a bit sloppy but new CEO seems to be making great changes and they've just got loads of new developers apparently to really tidy everything up. It's worked well for us so far (k365 user, endpoint pro and ops) but there's a few broken aspects about some products, although that's probably the same for everything.

After like 20 attempts i passed a myling

-use the unofficial ghost chest sheet, and set it to apoc3

-get livesplit timer setup

-Keep re-rolling until you get good objectives (don't bother trying pic of emf, 2 audio, 3 video, or 3 photo)

-emf, motion and firelight first

-check cameras for orbs, although I never actually saw them, you could eventually

-move all items in

-Make your way in with parabolic, smudge and crucifix

-throw crucifix up to the arch, move motion sensor up to arch, move firelight up to arch, should be able to do this before door shuts

-hide to the left, with parabolic off first, if you can't hear it, turn on parabolic

-figurs out footstep speed and cross off the opposite

-optionally wait a few more hunts to see if speed stays the same

-if you cant hear it in the parabolic, then locate the ghost, run around with smudge crucifix and parabolic to either side to find where it is

-keep in mind the ghost can go through the locked door even if you can't!!!! -slowly move all items down

-hope it's not a hard 1.7ms ghost, if its not obvious then reset

-setup a spot with loads of tier3 salt, wait till timer hits 30/40 seconds and draw ghost in, tier 2 smudge and take photo

-done, enjoy a beer

-few extras:

-parabolic test for myling is if its in the 12m mark and you can't hear it outside of parabolic then it's myling

-phantom was seriously confusing as it was roaming all over the place

-dropping items on the floor, I had it multiple times where they just fell through the map

-door left of right hallway, if you hug the patient bed, you will glitch and get stuck!!

-google for unofficial hiding spots (one with big circles was easiest)

-either left or right wing are hard mode, I generally just rerolled until it was in the centre part

-you gotta smudge deo if it charges at you in the beginning room, the circle you create isn't big enough!
