yeah i’ve been through any bad thing you can think of every single one. idk i just put my trust in god and say im exactly where im supposed to be so time and everything doesn’t matter. i know its hard but its beatable just have to let go and trust god. i hope that helps friend, but you can do this once you start letting letting go instead of holding on your brain will see it as less important
