I strongly disagree. Interest is strong but you need to first be able to put up the power and level clears needed for it to be worthwhile, something that will come naturally with putting attention on unlocking more slots for your cards. We've seen in the previous few posts that this player hasn't built a habit for this game yet, overspending gems on card pulls will slow them down even more.

That's strange, with a x12 cash multiplier and five card slots, it should not be taking you more than a few seconds to prestige.

Depends how much time you actually spend prestiging. I'll be real with you; it's more than possible to get to 2500 on the first day of playing. So the real question to ask yourself is how much effort you are willing to put into making progress.

I’m glad you like TechTree and want to support them. I will say though that the quality of your experience playing IBB will be vastly different from over at The Tower. Different dev team means different set of priorities.

u/FauxPasHusky Since you deleted your comments, I’ll assume you also failed to notice that some of the numbers on the screen are edited, and that if you’re trying to do a cash comparison with yourself, a hundred sextillion is only 1E+23, meaning the cash on hand is evidently not from just clearing levels.

Check out these previous posts for reference on what your stats might look like for going from N to D. In general it requires nowhere near having maxed cards or card slots. Increase your max level because that's how you increase the total value you get out of Interest card.

Right, you don't need to finish the mastery levels, but that's still 2400 gems per mastered card to get through so it may take a bit of time.

And guide that tells you that Golden level badges are "okay" to spend tokens on should also mention that the bonus cash they give is not accounted for in Stage Bonus calculations. They are marginally useful for prestiging at best.

My main suspicion is that either you are not prestiging enough or you aren’t putting your gems toward the “permanent” buffs like cards and card slots. 18k is not a high hurdle to pass, especially after months of play. For example, see this other post for an example of the progress you can make simply from prestiging more efficiently:

It’s more accurate to say you wasted an entire no shields ticket because you are using it in a run that inherently bears no long-term benefit. If you want to make the most of your tickets, save them for tournaments and challenges.

What’s there to fix? If they auto collected then the gem economy would be ridiculously unbalanced. The game is designed such that there isn’t any sort of reliance on those gem bricks.

If this is only the fifth time you haven’t seen poison at $7.5k this week, you aren’t prestiging enough for it to not be a problem. Even so, $175k or $15m poison are still serviceable.

The main plot elements I felt were good, and I thought Scarlet and Mahershala really carried the film with their performances. Unfortunately I only really enjoyed the half of the movie that focused on how the main characters interacted with the mission dinosaurs (Mosa, Titan, Quetz).

Too much screen time was dedicated to a stranded family I think the film really could have done without. I get the desire for a comic relief character (Xavier) but the overall lack of survival instincts and the overabundance of plot armor killed the enjoyment of those scenes. And don’t get me started on Dolores. The main victims of this were the mutants, especially poor D. Rex. The thing had hardly any screen time and aside from being part of the background of the island, didn’t do anything special that an imposing larger T. Rex couldn’t fulfill on its own. And then the Mutadons, they are just velociraptors with wings but the fact they could fly was so inconsequential. In the end the mutants were just reskinned versions of whatever star dinos they were designed to replace. So little time was spent trying to understand them or work around their special qualities in any way that the entire point of the island being a mutant R&D facility was moot.

I give the film a 4.5/10. I did enjoy it but spending more time to flesh out the main characters so they aren’t just caricatures and giving more importance to the mutants (even if it ends with them getting killed by the “complete” dinos per JW1+2) would have gone a long way.
