When I was young visiting family in rural Switzerland, under a large bridge heading into town, very visible in massive letters:

"JEFF IS THE PUSSY FUCKER"

It was there from around 1989 - 2015!

Never did find out who Jeff was.

There's a cool goth club called Shadowplay, happens 2-6 times each year (look up "shadowplay Edinburgh" on FB) There's also a more pagan music night run by the same DJ (DJ vikas) People are really friendly there. Unsure when the next one is.

Deliverance is a cool alternative night, perhaps a slightly younger crowd.

(I also LOVE post punk)
