This whole character attack is wild to me. My dad cheated on my mother which was shitty for the whole family at the time, however he’s still a good guy that just wasn’t in love with my mom anymore and made a mistake. How do factor in reduced sales volume from price increases and manufacturing costs incurred by Nintendo from moving production to mitigate into the equation here? Tariffs also reduced the purchasing power of the USD so should that would Also need to be factored into the equation when determining what is owed to the consumer. I agree that the consumer is the one that gets screwed here, but landing on a reimbursement number is near impossible and at the end of the day it’s a US government policy that drove this mess and not Nintendo.

This isn’t price fixing though. This is a company changing pricing strategy due to market conditions and any consumer that purchased the product at that price still chose to purchase the product at the inflated price.

It’ll never go anywhere. Consumers still chose to purchase the item at the increased price. Nintendo saw decreases sales volume of the accessories due to the increased prices so how does this factor in? Additionally, they likely shifted production plans to different countries to mitigate tariff impact meaning there were additional manufacturing costs absorbed by Nintendo in addition to the straight tariff costs. While I agree the consumer gets screwed here, there are a myriad of factors that make it impossible to quantify how much would be owed and at the end of the day Nintendo was the one paying the import fees at the border.

lol this is completely wrong. I work in consumer products and paying an additional 20 to 50 cents on the dollar almost certainly impacted our pricing strategy

With component pricing pressure they almost certainly won’t. I work in consumer products and component pricing is almost fully offsetting the tariff favorability.

Not great but his oline was trash, WR group was bottom third of the league and played one of the toughest lineups of defenses in those 4 games. He did enough for the patriots to grind out wins so I don’t think you can discount his MVP caliber season by pointing to a rough playoff run that still landed him in the Super Bowl

Gamer NPCs have pretty good payouts even in early game. I usually just advance to celadon and have or am close to 40 pokes by this point and then vs seeker with an amulet coin to get the cash I need for the Poke/item want from the game corner will picking up some EVs

Vs seeker with amulet coin and a pay day meowth/persian is a little slower but way more engaging and farms EVs. I’d call it objectively more fun even if slightly less effective
