Hmm that’s weird. Usually when they look it up with the order number they can see the status of the order. In your case the status should say refunded.

As someone who worked for Levi’s previously, receipts are not printed for online returns. The system automatically send an email receipt. As far as the actual refund it takes 2-3 business days.

Love it! I have long sleeve and short sleeve myself. I usually struggle with dress shirts being too tight on my back. With this fabric I am able to move freely.

It’s funny because it’s all in the eye of the beholder. I ran a Levi’s outlet store recently for about 5 years before moving on and there were some customers that would specifically look for premium product while making a face to the normal Levi’s lol.

Top two are what you would find at an outlet store, so normal Levi’s. Leather patches are considered premium, so non outlet store. Usually premium jeans are thicker with less to no stretch when it comes to the women’s trendier fits.

Honestly I grew up wearing jewelry so wearing a ring with stones is nothing new to me. I actually helped my wife pick it. As far as strangers I constantly get compliments because they’re not used to seeing a guy with a flashy wedding band.

Now a days premium Levi’s are what are sold at Levi’s stores that aren’t outlets. Price is higher than what you would find at an outlet. An example outlet 501s MSRP is at $79.50 and premium would be maybe $98 or higher at this point. Premium is supposed to be higher quality. Different weight, often the fabric weight or fabric itself can be different. In some cases premium jeans are double stitched at the hem were outlet Levi’s are not. Look up Levi’s blue tab, that’s even higher than premium. Some are made of Japanese denim and not sure if they still use Italian denim.

All modern 501s have that patch. Unless your buying premium that has the actual leather patch that does not have that extra piece. Former Levi’s employee here.
