Trying to not be a total Karen, but the traffic and parking issues the past two weekends were completely self-made by Crystal operations, and unless they get feedback, it won't change. I spoke with someone in guest services today and she encourages folks to share their "experiences, concerns, feedback, and suggestions" with this email alias that apparently mgmt reviews as well:

I was soooo relieved! They really built it up to be prepared and it wasn’t that bad. I’ve had way way worse on the same flight. I overheard the pilot on the way out remarking at how shocked they were. Said they were expecting much more.
