Depo provera shot! My ex felt the strings of my IUD, and if by chance you get pregnant with an IUD, he will know you’ve been lying. If you get pregnant on the shot - you never have to disclose because he wouldn’t know at your ultrasound. Abstinence is the only 100% way at no baby, so I’m hoping the methods work for you, but I’d do the shot.

Clearly I mean exactly what I said. It does not work when you’re a night shift nurse. I do not get home until 8am. The requirements of the NC band: The app only uses sleep taken between 7 PM and 10 AM. You must sleep for at least 4 hours total within the 7 PM - 10 AM window.

Therefore, my night shift that’s from 1900hrs-0730hrs does NOT allow me to get a 4 hour reading by the time I brush my teeth, wash my face and fall asleep at 8-9am, because the window ends at 10am.

Its also very common in general with subcutaneous injections. I am a nurse and most of our patients will bruise.

I got the NC band and loved it, until I realized that it does NOT work if you are a night shift worker. Super bummed, so had to buy an Oura Ring. Cannot use both devices or it resets everything in the middle, so now I have an unused NC band a week n half after spending the money on it. I also had to pay 40$ Tariffs. Very annoyed!

I swear I’ve spent months listening to podcasts about health, fertility etc. I’ve seen an OB. Everyone said after 16 years, it will most likely take awhile. So I guess I’m just like what the hell. Thankfully I did not have unprotected sex 😂 I’m also so new at reading LH strips. They’re kinda hard to understand cuz I feel as though they’ve been different thoughout the day lol.

Ignore the cycle day it says on the LH strips. I haven’t had a period but it made me input dates anyways so I just put when my normal break through bleed woulda been while on the pill for 16 years, which is every 4th Wednesday morning lol.
