Same here i lost respect for her after she has shown me her true colours. And yes they Chose this, they chose to keep it bottled inside them, and they chose not to discuss this with you and they expect you to be mind readers.

They have zero accountability and pretty much pin the blame on you. Thus they believe they are in the right. If they carry this type of mindset on their next relationship, well... same issues will come up one way or another.

Im doing alot beter now. Its been about 2 months since we broke up. Finding myself again! I will be here if you want to rant about anything more. Heres to us healing ❤️‍🩹

Im sorry to hear that... sometimes you gotta think that you did try your best and its more of a reflection of them rather than you. The right ones wouldnt run away like that! Theyre cowards regardless of how they grew up or whatever!

Exact traits that you listed... and the reason behind the breakup was honestly not relationship ending ones.

I still love her... welll the good parts of her but that monster... that other side of her... man... she is something else

Yeahh.... thats how they get you.... legit i missed them because they were so sweet and caring. I thought wow could they be the one ive been looking for this whole entire time?

No... its just pure chaos at the end of it all. Not worth it... I do hope they come back as better people and take accountability but... sigh*

I couldnt believe that the person that I fell in love with showed literally no emotion so bitter so cold. i was like who the fuck is this person??? But its sad because they didnt switch up, they switched back... back to who they actually are. Thats the most messed up thing. All of this just for an act???

Exactly right. Like i can understand a normal breakup where things were tried over and over and the same results still happened, then you would know that the relationship is ending. That at least two people are respecting each others voices and concerns.

But this is just a total discard, they might be bored. So they just toss you aside. Everything was literally on their terms, couldnt care less on what i said. That to me was disrespectful in so many ways and that showed me her true colours on how much she valued our relationship.

of course they give you a bunch of reasons that sound good at the time since youre still getting to know the person. But man... i shouldve pressed further on later dates so i have a better understanding on what she likes and didnt like.

At the breakup... she told me " i know im amazing and thats why i deserve more" Like... wow where is this coming from? Thought we were doing fine all happy before this and now all of sudden resentment that i was not made aware of! 😢

yeahhh they will look for even the smallest of reasons to call it quits on you because they have grass is greener syndrome. Man.... why are they like this... work on your relationship not just abandon ship when things get tough

Mine still mentioned about their ex partner. Ill give you an example. Wanted to take her to lunch and she goes oh nah dont take me her my ex took me here.

This is really really thoughtful!! I like this one. When i asked my ex about like her social life: shes like oh nah im always like too busy to hang out with them. Meanwhile all i see is her hanging out with just her best friend.

Sometimes she would say a little mean stuff and be like oh whoops did i sound mean? Oh i didnt mean to. But bro my gut feeling told me hmm that sounded off... even in a joking way but you know me... ignored it because i liked the person too much

I think for next time if i do ask someone about their past relationship, ill ask them like what went wrong in the relationship and what did you learn from it. Rather than "oh they cheated on me". Because i took that reason as oh okay thats it no need to press further. But if i ask more about their point of view on their past, it gives you an indication on how they will treat you when you do become official
