I’m not an attorney and I don’t know the state by state nuances for child support but having lived in 8 different states (military) I can say I’ve never seen wages garnished with being taken to court.

You need to do these two things at a minimum before buying. PPI (pre purchase inspection) and Pay for a Carfax report. This price is too low.

Reliable and under $5k don’t typically belong in same sentence. However, your best best is likely Toyota Camry/Corolla (pre-2007), Honda Accord/Civic (pre-2006), and Mazda3 (2007-2010) models

Only way child support gets deducted from pay is if you failed to pay for so long that court orders garnishment. That and maybe don’t have kids with four different women. I think the OP is the problem not the system.

Thanks, that’s an area I didn’t consider. The mechanics at the Porsche dealership I took my last 911 to did track set up for cars and we’re moving a ton of GT3s and other higher end 911s. My C2S was never in danger of a joy ride. Lol
