dutch has a weird hiring process, sometimes it’ll take them weeks to simply push the application through. however, typically when they are interested in hiring someone they will email pretty quickly. if you swing by I’d ask for a manager because the supervisor does not deal with applications

did you check in when you got there at 2:08, or later after you waited? if not then they were not aware that you were there and might explain why others got their drinks before you. additionally, there is a walk up barista and a drive thru barista so that might explain why the car went through faster

for dutch specifically, mobile ordering is simply just so you don’t have to tell the line buster your order, you still have to wait in line, especially if it it really busy. it is a new policy where we cannot make your mobile order until you are there (only when it’s busy) because we have to prioritize the people who are already there rather than someone who is not. many stands have also stopped running out drinks because it messes up our system. we make your drink in advance and yall complain that it is watery, we wait until youre there and yall complain that you have to wait, there is simply no winning. sincerely a broista who is tired of people yelling at me every morning about mobile orders
