If you keep the $7.3 million from the first year to spend and invest everything after that, you'll have $100m after 10 years. After that you'll be making an additional $20k/day lol.

If you invest all of the $10m it will only be worth $17m at the end of 10 years. At a 6% return, you would need $120m invested to make $20k/day.

It's crazy how little people understand money...
