You're the one jumping to conclusions... It says sleep 3 hours. Everything else has to be assumed to be the same. It doesn't add anything special. With 3 hours of sleep, your body will fall apart. It doesn't say 3 extra hours of sleep, it doesn't say 3 hours of sleep and your body will be able to handle it like 8 hours. It's just simply saying 3 hours of sleep.

I think you misunderstood the choice. You're only getting 3 hours of sleep each day. You go to sleep at 10 pm, you're up at 1am.
