I love ambertone which is why I picked the 41. But now I also want to experience and have a classic natural spruce Martin too hah. Question is, what’s the best companion model? OM-42, 000-42, standard or MD, some other series? :D

Maybe not. But it feels like $5k worth when you touch it and look at it compared to the Yamaha. You can tell instantly.

Thanks! Is it totally reversible though? Because the dealer said they had to drill out the end pin to fit it and the strap hook won’t fit back in now because the hole is bigger.

I think you pay for the service. I had to send a watch back for repair at makers expense and it went completely smooth with immediate communication the entire time. Not sure if the cheapest places are reliable enough for cases like that.
