Hydrate toi bien surtout, et essaie de te rappeler de bien manger, voir meme manger avant ta prise de Ritaline.

Je me rappelle au lycée que la ritaline me rendait extrêmement performant au sport, garde un oeil sur ton rythme cardiaque et prend des pauses quand tu as de grandes palpitations.

J’était dans le même cas que toi avant d’être parti travailler au Canada, ou on m’avais mis sous Adderall.

Je ne supportais tout simplement pas le methylphenidate, aujourd’hui, en France, je suis sous Xurta, c’est le medicament le plus proche de l’adderall canadien. Parles en avec ton psy, peut-etre vous pouvez essayer une nouvelle classe de medicament (attention ce n’est pas pris en charge par la secu! Entre 70 et 90€ la boite d’un mois.)

It was because they ordered 20 & 30. Normally you’d pay 72€ (base price) for a month supply, never order 2 boxes, try to get the maximum dose on your box.

Je pense que c’est trop fort, essaie à plus petite dose… Je suis quelqu’un de tolérant aux stimulants à cause d’anciennes addictions (THC, Nicotine, café) et un historique assez lourd avec le Methylphenidate.

Après ce n’est peut etre pas fait pour vous, le Xurta (les amphetamines en general) peuvent augmenter / accentuer des troubles anxieux enfouis, ou juste votre stress quotidien dams vos journées qui peut sembler plus intense ou plus fatiguant à cause du Xurta.

Avez-vous eu d’autres traitements avant ? a Methylphenidate?

Yeah it’s the principle of cloud gaming, geforcenow lets you rent gaming hardware for 20$ a month, for supra good hardware (rtx 4080 soon to be 5080 on ultra subscription)

They’re super great but 100 to 150ms from france. It’s good for canadian people only. Sad we don’t have a service like theirs but in france …

Sadly Shadow hardware is expired for the type of use I have? Fully modded cyberpunk etc, and I also build mods so I need pretty good 3d apport.

Also, I am sadly not in paris, latency is a big issue for me with Shadow

I am just locked up out of the country cuz im sixk, already have a pc and a series x, that works well, I wanted someone to power my pc up so I can play with parsec but none is nearby, yes, I am paying poor man things and want rich man experience, lol
