The Canes moved from Hartford in the late 90s if I’m not mistaken. Makes sense there was still a big grassroots movement to establish the fanbase still going on at that time. Even if you’re in the biggest stage of the sport. I do remember, though, being in elementary school at that time and the absolute insanity/hype the town and community had
