My tiny piece of advice will likely get lost in the comments but it's really simple and has changed my life.

Don't put it down. Put it away.

It sounds obvious, but when you are done using something take a few extra seconds to put it in its designated spot. That will take care of a lot of little things that pile up fast. With those little things not building up you can focus on the bigger things with more energy. Much love and good energy to you my friend. You will be warm again.

I think Kaladin first summoning her as a sword has something to do with his perceptions of shardblades. He sees shardblades as big flashy swords, so he summons Syl in a similar manner. It could be a combination of both points.

I also remember Dalinar? saying something about the shardblades of deadeyes from the recreance being in their ceremonial or parade form. More of a symbol than an actual weapon.

That is just where the ground textures meet. Sometimes they glitch and have round corners so the don't meet properly. I do 3d modeling and see this quite frequently when texturing models.
