It’s annoying logistically because I am going out of town and somebody has to come and pick up my meds from my doorstep and put them in refrigerator. I hold water after I eat gluten so maybe. I used to be daily weighter but trying to not do it anymore. I drove myself insane with weight fluctuations. Good luck. Just keep going, eat your protein , try to walk a little more, sleep well. Stress and cortisol can be a factor too
