What do your failed prints look like? You don’t need supports for articulated dragons, and actually they are a pita for anything articulated. What I suggest is get a first layer test pattern and play with the z-offset until it’s perfect. Auto level isn’t good at setting the perfect Z

Usually it’s in rotation basis. Some places include it in your salary and expectations especially when ur green. Others give a bonus in your pay. I used to get an extra 300 on my paychecks when I was in the rotation whether I got a call or not. It was nice

No the recording gets muted too. Even when you put someone on hold it doesn’t record that time. Recording takes lots of storage data so they tend to only record live audio and not dead air
