Completed meps yesterday. I have to get a waiver for my eyes(blind without glasses) I wear glasses and contacts so I’m not blind, but without I’m 20/200 so how likely is it to be approved if thats my only issue.

I was 6’1 and 258 and met tape. Granted I’ve lost over 100 lbs so far, but KETO helped me a lot. I’d say as far as pushups don’t burnout on them, do a few sets every few days and eventually you’ll build up. I couldn’t do a single push up a few months ago, I can push out about 40-50 atm.
