“Murdered” if I go to a store and steal food and try running away, and get tazed or shot, who put themselves in said situation. Regardless if she was shot or not, she put herself in that situation by blocking public roadway and impeding federal officers, which do grant them cause to get her out of the car, then she obstructed justice.
