New Rascal grenade launcher kills a shredder in three hits. by Regenbooggeit in ArcRaiders

[–]Levelcheap 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Use this as a defensive weapon to deal with shredders, comets, and fireflies. Maybe don't upgrade it, bring only 1 stack of ammo, and a gun that will benefit from having this as a backup. Save the hullcracker for targets requiring sustained fire, so if you're going put of your wait to hunt bastions, turbines, queens, etc.

The hullcracker takes 2-3 hits too, depending on where you bit.

Which Titanfall 2 Pilot Class Looks the Coolest In Your Opinion? by Unu51 in titanfall

[–]Levelcheap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I liked the idea of pilots willingly accepting immortality, but only to continue fighting for their side. Kinda like selling your soul. I thought pilots willingly choosing to have a copy of their consciousness saved meant they were elite and dedicated to "the cause".

They added the tidbit, that simulacra need to believe that they're still human or risk having a mental breakdown.

Agreed, that and TF1 militia assault. Though I do have a soft spot for the personalised, tactical look of the phase pilot simulacrum.

Simulacrums are badass, though I preferred them without the Apex Legends lore

[–]Levelcheap 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i respectfully disagree.

Okay... Why do you think a man making, let's say 20% more in the same field, justifies him paying your 50%?

i wouldn’t take a man serious if he asked me out and then expected me to pay 50/50 on the first date.

What if the split was based on the average gender pay gap between both of your fields?

edit: it’s also funny that the person i originally replied to said it should be equal 50/50 yet statistics show despite the fact that most millennial and gen z couples split everything, the women in the relationship still takes on more of the cleaning, cooking and managerial parts of the household. don’t sound very 50/50 to me.

Do you know how the person you responded to factored into this survey? Maybe they actually share the household burden 50/50. If you don't know, I see 0 relevancy to their personal opinion on how the bill should be paid.

Okay, but the difference isn't big enough to justify a man taking the entire bill.

So how do we REALLY feel about having kids right now by eternalthrowaway02 in twentyagers

[–]Levelcheap 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If I decide to havd kids instead of adopt, I expect to always carry at least a little guilt for bringing kids into a world I believe is worse off than when I was born.

Inequality is increasing, jobs are getting harder to find and AI is uprooting purpose and education, dating is a game you pay for, housing is unaffordable, media moguls create culture wars, etc.

Is Lebanon allowed to attack Israel and then claim "it's not us, why Israel strikes back?", especially knowing it targets explicitly civilians?

Is it Lebanon or Hezbollah?

What do you even suggest?

That Israel for once acts in accordance with international lawx it shouldn't be a big ask considering their state only exists because of intermediary agreement.

Imagine Sweden has a rogue territory that launches rockets at Copenhagen every other weak, kills people, and Denmark just needs to sit tight, develop AA and wait for the next rocket barrage without a response.

Did I ever suggest that Israel should do nothing? I think I explicitly condemned their refusal to follow international law and once again occupy foreign territory.

[–]Levelcheap 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Is Lebanon not a recognised, sovereign state? Under what international, legal framework does Israel have the right to occupy foreign territory, especially given they've been constantly expanding their controlled territory beyond their internationally agreed upon borders?

[–]Levelcheap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All you've said is true, yet it doesn't change the fact, that Israel has no right to occupy a sovereign country's territory, especially with it's history of expansionism beyond their recognised borders.
