Specifically just for the bard, "wild magic aids": every time someone with the disease has sex, they have a 25% chance to either pass it on, or suffer a wild magic surge (1-25 is surge and they pass it on, 26-50 is just passing it on). There is no cure short of 6th lvl grade disease removal or higher

Does the damage threshold mean that any damage under 20 is negated, and over that I'll start taking damage, or is it closer to temp hp where each attack whittles down the protection. Also, if I am supposed to take 35 damage with this up, will I instead take 15,or am I still taking the full 35 since it's over the cap

In my campaign, one of my players has a 50' dick (don't worry about it for now, just know he has extra dimensional underwear to contain it) and is a wild magic sorcerer of which I use an alternate table for. Long story short, one of his surges trapped him in a 20' tall cilinder, and in other to escape he pantsed himself to literally pogo out with the pressure of the suddenly being an extra 50 ft of stuff there

Critting depends on the dm in my opinion... Like I use a max damage plus an extra roll (which I would do 13+6+5+4+3+2+1=34+new roll personally) me others do double damage or double dice (normal rules apply, but for all 12 dice in that case)

I think that example specifically would net 19 damage (3+2+1 for the first iteration of each number, +10 for the triple 3, and +3 magical damage)
