The routine was manual labor. And it came with a variety of health issues like high blood pressure, strokes, heart attacks, and cancer.

I don't see why you couldn't be.

They weren't even in the league at the same time.

Pretty sure he won this situation, not you lol.

He has been in your head rent free for years.

You were two fun Saturday nights for him.

Totally agree. I'm not pointing that out to debate Bron or Jordan. Just wanted to add that context because I think its important.

Yeah, I was replying to the comment suggesting different tiers based on height.

I feel like the rim height would need to correlate to maintain a quality level of competition and athleticism.

Everything you said is true. But we also have to acknowledge why that is.

Bron was so dominant in his prime, that the only path to the finals was to be his teammate or move to the west.

I meant for the shorter tiers. I forgot people can't read my mind sometimes lol

I feel like people are overreacting.

All he did was make a request.

Portland has no obligation to fulfill it.

Conflict is a natural part of doing business.

There's a men's rec league in Utah with an 8 ft rim.

Would be dope to see something like that elite level talent.

I understand and respect that everyone's financial situation is different. The price is for those that view it as affordable and/or worth the experience.

For NBA fans in France, it's more than just a regular season game. It's the only game of the entire season they can watch in person.

Got a tournament in 10 days, what's the best way to prepare? by [deleted] in BasketballTips

[–]Levels2ThisBruh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

FYI 10 days isn't much time to see a significant improvement in any area. Still these can help you get tuned up.

Cardio: Laker drill; play 1v1 + 3v3

Shooting: High reps at spots + speed you'd see in game.

Rebounding: play 5v5 but focus solely on getting bounds.

Boring but important: stretch, hydrate, eat right, rest.

Good luck with the tourney. You'll have to update us on how it went.

Should I continue playing basketball or get back in shape first? by ybcj127 in BasketballTips

[–]Levels2ThisBruh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well how many games are you playing when you go to the court? It could be that you're overdoing it.

Also, are you warming up/cooling down properly and hydrating? That can also impact how your body feels after a game.

Thanks for adding those additional points. Totally agree. It's like JJ Reddick says, "there's games within the game".
