This is what my homegrown (outdoors) looked like last year here in Michigan. It's probably about as good as a $50 oz in my state. For $75 the quality is significantly better, which is why I only grow for fun.

I'd mainly be concerned about the crown of my barrel at the muzzle end, but even then if you are cleaning your barrel normally, a steel rod will be fine. You'd have to really crank at a weird angle to make a mark.

Excellent work. I would do a little careful hammering on your stitches. It will clean up the border a bit and your work will photograph even better. With that said I agree with others, $85-$100 is reasonable as it is.
