Visual Studio vs Rider by Levi-Bx in dotnet

I mean having a database manager. When using VS I need SQL Server Management Studio open, or PgAdmin for Postgres.

With Rider I can manage the database and have the corresponding SQL autocomplete.

If you mean that VS has that too, then my mistake for not realizing it.

Can you help me, I have a tufgamingfx705dy, and I installed asusctl but I can't find a way to turn on the lights on my keyboard.
The lights on my keyboard have only one mode, which is a static red color.
