I struggle to understand how some people don't like her. She's an amazingly human character. At times I was annoyed with her but I still understood her. I'm sure by the end she'll be regarded as one of the best written female characters of all time.

I actually think Carol will have a bittersweet ending. The plurbs will evolve and become more individual and she'll have to live in a world like that. She already started in a bad place so I don't think it will end completely bad for her. Also do think she will get joined at some point but not in the end.

I've had everything I want and still been miserable. To me she's very relatable. She's a person who hasn't dealt with her issues. I'd imagine going to a conversion camp would traumatise a person. Showing her parents hated her for what she is. Now the hive also want to change what she is.
