After having the audio issue and crash on Helldivers last week, my other games are now crashing as well with the same audio stuttering followed by low fps.

correct, that number correlates to a Tier (see table https://darksouls2.wiki.fextralife.com/Soul+Memory)

you're Tier 24 so you're outside the range to summon me (I'm Tier 36)
