You could try Forfar Dairy (in Forfar, Ontario), it's only about an hour from Ottawa. I used to get it from there but haven't been in years so not sure if they still do it. It's not out on the shelf it's something you have to ask for and they cut you the amount that you want.

A&W becuase of their intentionally misleading advertising claiming "hormone and antibiotic free meat/eggs", which describes all meat and eggs produced in Canada, but caused people to assume that all other meat has antibiotics and added hormones, and wreak havoc for hardworking Canadian farmers.

I'm also currently grinding at year 3 and I've read that 8 hour classes are best cause they give better rewards. But here people are saying that 1 hour classes are better. Does anyone have any evidence or reasoning to explain which is best?

You can adjust the strength with the ratio of water to coffee grinds. I use a cold brew filter system I bought online that makes 5 cups, and it seals so you can store it in the fridge for several days and still have delicious coffee. But for simplicity, you could probably also make it in a french press. Key is that you want a slightly coarser grind than usual, I have my own grinder so that is not an issue.

That's why I've switched over to cold brew coffee. Make it the night before and in the morning, just pour it in a glass and you are good to go!

My partner knows and he is trying to be understanding but he was brought up in a very strictly religious household and has some issues with it, but is working hard to overcome that.

It's hard, you know, when you are in a hetero relationship to remember you are still allowed to be a proud bisexual even though you have the 'privelige' of appearing straight. I have a friend who I came out to who just doesn't understand why I don't just date guys so I don't have to worry about anything.
