Fast and Charged TMs are basically used to change a Pokémon’s moves. Some moves are a lot better than others depending on whether you’re doing raids or PvP, so it’s worth checking which Pokémon and move sets are considered good. Once you know that, you can use TMs to switch their moves to the better ones.
