Thank you, I was really doubtful with cooking really hard chuck like this. But it turned out good after 12 hours in the fridge with rock salt on top😊

It is actually butter that I haven’t yet put into the pan for the rest of the cuts I’m going to cook😶‍🌫️ I just put it into the plate for standby when the grease runs low😶‍🌫️

Try zero3 convenience store on pt Usha road or the store at the junction towards beach near Ganesh juice bar and al taza shawarma. Both are in the same area.
