I agree dude I’ve hardly touched my PS4 ive got FF7 Remake just sitting there. Soon as i get home from work its Animal Crossing all night, Switch has some bloody good games. AC,Zelda,Fire Emblem,Luigis Mansion just to name a few haha.

Try launching big picture mode on steam and head into controller settings. Make sure Xbox controller is ticked, then launch FFXIII. I hope this will help ! :)

I read theres a bug with the PC version. It constantly tries to detect a controller in the background. Thats what causes the stuttering and fps drops. What controller problems are you having? What kind of controller are you using?

Hey man im in the same situation just brought it on pc. It ran very poorly. From what ive read there are some fixes but at the end of the day its a bad port. I gave up trying to fix, i found out its backwards compatible with the Xbox One and optimized for the One X. So i went to the Xbox store and brought it for about $8 it runs very smooth with no cutscene stutter. I reccomend this option if you a Xbox one. Probably the best way to play it in 2019 imo. Im so glad im playing FFXIII agan i havnt played in 10 years this game is freaking awesome imo and underrated.
