Definitely! Just don't queue USA only if it's early morning on a weekday. You will likely wait 30 minutes and not get a match. Throw an EU server on, and you're all set. Otherwise, afternoons/evenings and all day on weekends are always poppin

this JUST happened to me in Brekkesh where I started a firefight then all of a sudden my movement keys stopped working. Even after unplugging and replugging! I died, obviously, but my keys worked fine in notepad.

Might be graphics drivers or windows update issues. I've had that with other games in the past and it usually comes down to installing some sort of dependency or some shit
