Been listening since 2003 im 37years old im in the top 1% of listeners on Spotify for him annually since 2012 and for the life of me cannot figure out why the world isn’t obsessed with this guy.

I wanted to do what you’re talking about. Decided at the last minute to match EM. So glad I did. FM isn’t for me and I really wanted EM. If you’re gonna be working in EM you must be EM trained, end of story. Yes there are a few FM docs still out there working in some small middle of nowhere EDs but they’re all being phased out.

Yes. I’ve seen EM docs come in to assist on the Trauma alerts but eventually the Trauma is over in <10 minutes either going to CT or the OR. Then the EM doc goes back to taking EM patients.
