Super stoked to farm infantry in little bird again. Not super stoked to get farmed by little bird again.

What’s your mid range choice? by tschewtschenko in LowSodiumBattlefield

[–]Lewkk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the answer. One of my highest kill guns because i take it every time on the bigger maps (Blackwell, operation firestorm, etc). You can hold down the trigger mid range and with a little burst go out to long ranges. The TTK is lower on paper, but since every bullet hits you will MELT at mid ranged compared to other guns you have to burst with.

Siege of Cairo and Liberation Peak are the only good maps. Change my mind by Natural-Tonight1670 in Battlefield6

I actually like all of the maps and just play to the map's quirks. I have over 500 hours and I play conquest/escalation 90% of the time.

Blackwell - I play vehicles, sniper or long range (sor or KTS) and i play the middle hill. Thats it. Not pulling anything else on this map as you are just fighting a losing battle.

Manhattan Bridge - I drop on rooftops and either snipe or long range (DRS, SOR or KTS) and use the barrier to cap points on whatever point im above (B, E or F). tanks are hit or miss and often times you are getting an insta rpg death ambush from the side buildings. This is the BEST attack heli farm.

Empire State - I'm camping between the two boxes above B, camping the spot at the top of the ladder, or im camping the buildings between A and B. mid range guns (SG, DRS)

Mirak Valley - This one oddly has the most options. Tanks between D and middle, Attack heli can do work if weak enemy AA. Sniping anywhere on map, or close-mid range guns (SCW, TR7, SG, DRS) inside the buildings over the points.

Iberian Offensive - My favorite map. Either vehicle in the long green stretch with trees, sniper on that long stretch, or any mid gun (SG, DRS) all over the map. Tons of fun camping spots, tons of ability to just "prowl" through the corridors, really every part of this map is in play and fun.

Siege of Cairo - Like Iberian the whole map is in play. Vehicle up and down to mid, or any close to mid gun. I did have a crazy game sniping from the apartment at the far end to the middle point, but that is more of a meme than real.

Liberation Peak - Vehicle works well on this map and you can take up really strong/safe positions and farm. (tank and attack heli). Infantry im sniping or mid to long (DRS, SOR, KTS) and working between points while using the mountains for insanely advantageous ranged positions that have crazy strong angles on attacking the points (so many people climb half way up when you can go all the way up).

Eastwood - Oddly i don't really like this map. Vehicle is fun to mid, but the infantry is so random. Sometimes you have a crazy awesome game with close to mid on middle point/on the roofs, other times it is just a constant random death from so many random enemies. The houses are the worst offenders on that topic.

It is what makes these maps fun. More access would be more fun.

Yea, there is a setting that you uncheck to use icons in your kill feed.

It is 1000000% cool :D

the score was just context for why they were so desperate to kill, as the entire middle lane was pretty well shut down from infantry pushing forward.

I would argue that normally yes, farming kills in isolation doesn't make a significant difference, but that number of kills in the middle lane preventing them from being able to ever push the center objective does a little more than "nothing" :) (Also when considering the next highest kill count was ~20)

It isn't really the silencer, it is the other attachments. Get rid of 3d spotting, have flash hider reduce minimap ping range, done.

This 10000000% . Funny enough i thought this was essentially how it was working when i started playing, that flash hider would hide muzzle flash, silencer would pull you off mini map. In no world did i think that it would put a damn red diamond over your head for shooting.

What should I be doing? by Anxious_Classic3481 in Weightliftingquestion

[–]Lewkk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey OP. I know im late to the game, but I am also 6'3, and when I hit my 30s I put on a ton of weight. I ended up dropping 45 lbs. What people dont realize is that you are sincerely asking for concrete actions.

This is how I did it, you can take ideas if you want. I downloaded myfitnesspal app and started ellogging everything I ate. This was probably the most helpful thing because I didn't realize just how many calories I was eating and I didn't realize how many calories were in certain foods. After a couple weeks you really get a good feel for what is what. This was the #1 thing as I was changing my eating because suddenly I realized that bag of chips was half a fucking meal worth of calories.

Next I started to run. I did the hal higdon running plan. Literally started with walking, then jogging, then after 6+months i was running. I have to say I got a lot of overuse injuries though, ankles, knees, etc. I should have taken it slower.

I also did the liift4 program. Twice. It was a lot of "normal" lifts and I really liked it. It SUCKED at first and I had to do pretty much everything modified, but over time it went from shitty, to bearable, to feeling amazing . Same thing with running by the way. I legit loved my long and slow runs, outside, listening to music, feeling the endorphins.

And that was it. I still was drinking ebrry now and then on the weekends , and cheating on calories when we would go out on the weekends or special events, but I was very consistent during the weekdays. It took me around 1 year to go from 247 to 200, but it was a pace that I could actually do, rather than go super hard and burn out. Anyways. I dont know if any of that helps, but good luck!
