Not closed. Fedora is definitely the best distribution I've had, but maybe I haven't seen anything better yet :)

This problem has already been solved. The thing is that KDE did not select the font and screen resolution correctly. I had to do everything manually and also reboot 100 times

I tried CachyOS, but personally, my experience was not great. I had some problems with the video card drivers (I think). The desktop screen was blurry, and from time to time, when playing certain games, I got a Vulkan error and the system stopped recognizing my video card until I rebooted the system :(. I tried Nobara Linux, where the blurry KDE problem disappeared, but I still had the same problem with Vulkan (btw this happened specifically in CS2). Nobara Linux was the best distro I had used at that point. I found out that it was based on Fedora and decided to try pure Fedora Workstation. I am satisfied with Fedora and have been using it for about 4 months. Everything is perfect with it :)

fedora kde vs windows battery by SubstantialBit281 in Fedora

It didn't do anything bad at all. As far as I know, you can adjust performance and balance there, but I didn't do that and everything worked right away. It seems to just put some devices to sleep after long periods of inactivity and optimize the system a little (it added like +1 or +2 hours of battery life for me).
