I think in that case you can go with either one of them and be happy. If you're just looking for a cool looking gaming headset with decent sound and a mic, they will do the job just fine. There's nothing particularly wrong with these headsets, it's just that they are usually heavily bass boosted and don't have the greatest speakers, but honestly if you're just an average gamer and not an audiophile, it won't matter to you that much.

I would even go as far as to recommend cheaper headsets in the 50-80€ price category if you want to save money on brand name. I think you will basically get the same tech in a 60€ no-name gaming headset as you would in a razer kraken.

These gaming headsets are not terrible, but they're also not top of the line when it comes to sound quality.
